We know the last thing you want to be stressing about the day of your event is your equipment being late or not working properly. We make sure that this won’t happen by delivering and setting up your rental at the specific time that fits your load-in schedule. If you need your flat screen monitor delivered at 8:22 a.m., you can rest assured that it will be there, will be set up and will work seamlessly throughout the entire show.
If the trade show or convention is being held in a hotel, you aren’t required to use the in-house A/V. We promise to beat any written in-house A/V quote by 25 percent or more.
